Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide high-quality digital products and coaching services to help language students grow. Due to the nature of our services, please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Digital Products 

All purchases of digital products (such as guides, templates, and E-workbooks) are final and non-refundable. Since these are instantly accessible upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds.

2. Video Courses

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, valid for all students, in accordance with Hotmart’s global policy(Course Hosting Platform).

3. 1-on-1 Language Coaching Programs

Since this program is a personalized 1-on-1 training and begins immediately after payment confirmation, refunds will not be granted after this period, even if the student does not complete the program.

For customers in the European Union (EU), by starting the course, you agree to waive your legal right to cancel within 14 days, as the service is digital and begins immediately.

⚠️ Note: We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as your results depend on your personal commitment and active participation throughout the training.

4. 1-on-1 Classes Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure a productive learning environment for our students and teachers, we have established the following policy:

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rebooked at no charge.

  • Late Notice & Emergency Credits: We offer a limited number of emergency credits to be used for last-minute cancellations (with less than 24 hours’ notice) due to illness or family emergencies.

    • Students with 2 classes/week: 2 credits per month.

    • Students with 1 class/week: 1 credit every two months.

    • The following situations are considered emergencies:• 🤒 Feeling unwell or unexpected illness
      • 🦷 Medical or dental emergency
      • ⚡ Power outage or internet failure
      • 🚑 Urgent family situations, accidents, or unforeseen events
      • 🗣️ Loss of voice or any condition that prevents class participation
    • Situations that cannot be considered emergencies:• 🚗 Traffic or delays
      • 📅 Previously scheduled appointments (doctor, meeting, etc.)
      • 💼 Work meetings
      • 🎉 Social events
      • ⏰ Forgetfulness
  • No-Show: If a student does not attend a class and provides no prior communication, the session will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Punctuality:Your time with the teacher is valuable and reserved exclusively for you.
    • Late Arrival with Notice: If you are running late, please notify us. The lesson will still finish at the originally scheduled time.

    • Late Arrival without Notice: The teacher will wait for 15 minutes. If the student has not joined after 15 minutes, the lesson will be considered a no-show, will conclude, and will be considered complete.

    5. Payment Disputes

    If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us first before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We’re happy to resolve any concerns.
