📌 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- 24 hours+ in advance: Free rescheduling, no charge.
- Less than 24 hours (Special Rescheduling): We offer 1 special rescheduling for every 10 classes for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances (health, family, power outage). Otherwise, the class is considered given.
- No-Show: The class is considered given.

- Before classes begin or are scheduled, the person responsible may request a refund within 7 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
- After classes begin or are scheduled(whichever occurs first), we DO NOT issue refunds.
- We kindly ask that you check your internet connection and the devices you are using beforehand. Technical problems experienced by the student cannot be compensated.
📌 Late Policy
- Notify us before class: The class continues for the remaining time.
- No notification: We wait 15 minutes, then the class is ended and considered complete.

Can I pay with card?
Yes — we accept credit card, PIX, or boleto. Starter packages are excellent for trying before bigger commitments.
What is your refund policy?
You have 7 days after purchase (and before the first class scheduled) to request a refund.
After classes begin or are scheduled, there are no refunds, as the teacher’s schedule is reserved.
Why sell packages by lessons, not by month?
Because each month has a different number of weeks and there may be some holidays.
This way we avoid confusion and ensure transparency.

What if my child misses a lesson?
- Absences notified 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled.
- Absences without notice or less than 24 hours in advance cannot be rescheduled, as the teacher has already reserved a specific time slot for you!
- We offer one special rescheduling for every 10 classes for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances (health, family, power outage). Otherwise, the class is considered to have been given.
Are lessons individual?
Yes, all classes are 100% individual and tailored to the child’s age and level. This allows for the teacher’s full attention and a teaching plan tailored to each student’s strengths and specific needs, ensuring better learning outcomes.
Who are the teachers?
Our teachers are native Chinese speakers or experienced professionals in Brazil/China, all specially trained to teach children and teenagers. They know how to keep classes dynamic, welcoming, and effective, while respecting each student’s pace.
Does the method work for beginners?
Definitely! Most of our students start from scratch, with no prior knowledge of Chinese. The method was developed to introduce the language in a natural, light, and progressive way, making it easier for children to adapt.
How does the trial lesson work?
The trial lesson lasts 25 minutes and costs R$ 68 (or $12), with no obligation to continue. It allows the child to meet the teacher and learn about the method, while parents receive guidance on the best study plan.
How does payment for the 20 or 40-lesson packages work?
Packages are paid for in a single payment, which can be made by credit card, PIX, or boleto. This method ensures better organization of classes and offers the best value for families.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes! If you want to expand your package, you can upgrade at any time and enjoy the benefits of larger plans. Our team will guide you through the entire process in a simple and transparent manner.
