Lesson Terms of Service
📌 Lesson Duration: Each session is 55 minutes (except the trial lesson, which is 25 minutes).
📌 Rescheduling & Cancellations:
- Notify at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule.
- No-shows or late cancellations (less than 12 hours) will be charged in full.
📌 Package Validity: - Trial lesson: Valid for 1 month
- 10-class packages: Valid for 4 months
- 20-class packages: Valid for 8 months
📌 Refund Policy: - No refunds once a class package is purchased.
- If you experience technical issues, contact us for assistance.
📌 Late Policy: - Teachers will wait 15 minutes; after that, the class will be marked as completed.
